Conditions
Brief spinning episodes triggered by head movement, usually caused by displaced inner-ear crystals. Typically resolved in 1 to 2 sessions.
From mechanical low-back pain to disc-related symptoms. Most back pain responds well to assessment, hands-on care, and a graded exercise plan.
Stiff neck, tension headaches, and pain that radiates into the shoulder or arm. Common in desk workers and after motor-vehicle injuries.
Pain radiating from the low back down the leg, sometimes with numbness or weakness. Usually a nerve-root issue at the lumbar spine.
Neck and upper-back symptoms after a rapid acceleration-deceleration injury. Common after rear-end collisions.
Shoulder pain and weakness from irritation or tearing of the rotator cuff tendons. Common in overhead athletes and after falls.
Continuity of care
Whoever treats you on a given visit knows your history, your progress, and what you are working back to. We are a small team working from a shared file and a shared plan, so your rehab never restarts from zero.
Rehab is an investment in yourself, and we treat it that way: guiding you through every step, from your first assessment to your last session.
