What we offer
Three different massages, three different jobs. The right one depends on what you’re after:
- Deep tissue massage for chronic tightness and recovery from heavy training.
- Relaxation massage for general stress, sleep, and muscle ease.
- Lymphatic drainage massage for swelling, post-surgical recovery, and lymph circulation.
Not sure which one you need? Call or book the type closest to your goal. The therapist will adjust based on what they find.
Insurance
Coverage by private insurance depends on your plan and on the therapist’s professional designation; check your plan before booking.
Types of massage
-
Deep Tissue Massage
Sustained pressure on stubborn knots and chronically tight muscle bands. For training recovery and pain that hasn't responded to lighter work.
-
Relaxation Massage
Lighter, flowing strokes for stress relief, sleep, and general muscle ease. No pain, no recovery period.
-
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Very light, rhythmic strokes that follow the lymph pathways. Used for swelling, post-surgical recovery, and lymphedema management.
